Price a service line, not a seat count.
Two parts, nothing hidden: a flat monthly fee for your admin team, plus a shared pool of credits for the AI and analysis, pre-paid or pay-as-you-go, managed by you. That's your cost floor. What you charge on top is a tier you set. White-label throughout, no per-endpoint metering.

Estimate your year
Platform + utilizationPlatform access is a flat monthly fee for your admin team. On top of that, your AI and analysis usage draws from a shared pool of credits your team manages. Tell us how many clients you'd record and how deep you want to go, and we'll ballpark the year.
Ballpark only, based on typical coverage. Credits are one shared pool your team draws from across session analysis, workflow runs and other AI features. Pre-purchased credits run a little cheaper than pay-as-you-go. Your account team sets final coverage and rates.

Billing & rolloutHow does pricing work?
Two parts. Platform access is a flat $300/month for up to 10 admin seats (+$35 per extra admin, or add another block of 10). On top of that, everything the AI does (analysing sessions, running workflows) draws from a pool of credits your team buys.
How do credits work?
One shared pool your team manages. Pre-purchase them for the best rate, or pay as you go. Credits cover all AI and analysis, so there's a single number to watch rather than a dozen line items. You decide how to pass that cost on to clients.
What are insight levels?
How deep you read each client, set per client in the console. Essentials covers the estate picture: applications, licensing, processes and automation candidates. Operational adds session activity: the status console and the Playback queue. Full insight adds session content: investigations, SOPs and evidence-seeded workflows. Deeper levels analyse more of the operational picture, so they draw more credits. The estimator above shows the effect.
Is there a per-endpoint or per-seat charge?
No. You're never billed just for an endpoint existing. Platform access is priced by admin seats; utilization scales with how much you choose to analyse, not headcount.
What do my clients actually receive?
Client-ready deliverables under your brand: a plain-language QBR built from real tickets and spend, a per-role vCIO roadmap, and process documentation generated from observed work that clients can even edit through a shared link. SynthExec's name appears nowhere.
Do my clients ever see SynthExec?
No. Investigations, dashboards and workflows render under your brand. SynthExec is the intelligence layer underneath; your client sees you.
How long does rollout take?
Connect your PSA and a first client in an afternoon. Recordings become useful within days as the operational record fills in.
